TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.                  All orders and contracts for sale/or manufacture of goods by ARTASTIK (hereinafter called “the seller”) shall be governed by the following conditions of sale.

2.            Delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 net. To get the 5% discount on every order you must sign up(top left of the homepage). Once you have signed up you must sign in with your password with every order made to get the discount.

3.            Goods will be picked as soon as the order is received (stock dependent) and will be delivered within 7 working days (unless otherwise arranged). Next day delivery is available at a cost of £8.99 but if the items you need are out of stock at the time, your order will be despatched on a 24hr service as soon as your items are back in stock.

4.                  Neither the Buyer nor the Seller shall be bound by any variation, waiver of, or addition to these conditions except as agreed by both parties in writing and signed on their behalf.

5.                  The Seller reserves the right to alter, without prior notice to the Buyer, the specification, materials, designs and/or packaging of any product.  Any offer to supply from stock is given subject to the goods remaining unsold at the time of the receipt of the Buyer’s order.  Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at the date of invoice of the same.

6.                  All quotations and estimates issued by the Seller are unless otherwise stated, based on the current cost of supplying and are subject to amendment on or after acceptance to meet any rise or fall in such costs.

7.                  Any variation to prices quoted as a result of government taxes and levies will be for the Buyer’s account.

8.                  Payments for goods supplied are due 30 days from the invoice date.

9.                  If payment of the price or any part thereof is not made by the due date the Seller shall be entitled:

a.      to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 5% calculated daily from the due payment date.

b.      to require payment in advance of delivery of undelivered goods.

c.      to terminate the contract and/or close credit facilities.

10.           The property in the goods will not pass to the Buyer until payment of the price has been made in full.  The Buyer should take all necessary steps to ensure the safe keeping of the goods including insurance at current value, until such time as payment is made in full.

11.             The contract shall be deemed to be made in England and the parties to the contract hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.  English law shall be the proper law of the contract.

12.      For delivery to the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland please ask for carriage charges as this will depend on weight.

13.      Any offers used on this web site cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer we produce.
